Mayor of Yulin city, Mr. Bai Songtao visited Yuchai HI for RCEP agreement implementation

Mayor of Yulin city, Mr. Bai Songtao visited Yuchai HI on May 20, 2022 for RCEP agreement implementation and urged Yuchai HI to take the chance to enlarge exporting business.

Bai Songtao made a tour for new products such as harvester machines, timber gathering machines and wood grabbers and others. The delegation has listened to reports agaist production and operation, product development, market promotion, product export and the implementation of RCEP trade agreement of Yuchai Heavy Industry.

This is the second time of Bai Songtao to visit Yuchai Heavy Industry for investigation and research. He spoke highly of Yuchai Heavy Industry’s performance in the past two years. He said, Yuchai has changed and product development needs to do as follow “production generation, research generation, planning generation.” Bai Songtao has a high expectation for harvester machines and parts business, and put forward a series of specific guidance suggestions based on the actual situation of the enterprise, requiring Yuchai Heavy Industry to take customer demand as the orientation, increasing technological input and innovation efforts, and improving the core competitiveness of the enterprise.

During the research, Bai Songtao stressed the need to thoroughly implement the national and autonomous regions on the full implementation of the RCEP decision-making arrangements, make every effort to seize the major opportunities of the RCEP, resolutely fight and win the foreign trade battle, continue to promote a higher level of openness to the outside world, to achieve steady economic growth in the city to provide more powerful support.
