"Service Story: Swift Overseas Assistance"

On the afternoon of November 20th, Wei Jin, the overseas service manager of Yuchai Heavy Industry, received feedback from a customer in Indonesia: a Yuchai F35 harvester head had a malfunction, hindering the logging operation. Due to the intricacy of Yuchai harvester head, local maintenance personnel were hesitant to repair it without proper knowledge, thus hopping that Yuchai could send a service engineer to inspect the equipment as soon as possible. Wei Jin immediately reassured the anxious customer and promised to do everything possible to resolve the issue promptly.

Later, right after obtaining their visas Wei Jin and his colleague Liang Gong set off on their journey to Indonesia,and arrive on the night of November 24th.

Upon seeing the arrival of Yuchai's service personnel, the customer was both surprised and delighted. They gave a thumbs-up to Yuchai's service for being incredibly fast.

Despite the long journey, early the next morning, Wei Jin and Liang Gong arrived at the site to inspect the machine's condition. They first used pressure measuring equipment to test and adjust the machine's system pressure. After confirming that the system pressure was normal, they proceeded to check various data related to the harvester head.

Even though Yulin has entered winter, the weather in Indonesia remains extremely hot. During the data testing, both of them couldn't stop sweating, and their clothes were quickly soaked.

Ignoring the sweat on their faces, the two of them took out their laptops starting upgraded the harvester head's operating program. After few adjustments, the machine backed to function again. The customer tested it several times and found no issues, feeling that it was even smoother than before.

After the repairs, Weijin provided training to the customer on the key points to focus on for the use and maintenance of the Yuchai harvester head.

The customer is extremely satisfied with the service. They appreciate the professionalism of Yuchai's team and the high level of service from Yuchai.
